TSM is set to undergo a rebuild for their VALORANT roster with multiple signings going into the new season. The team has trialed with FaZe player Corey “Corey” Nigra and Luminosity Gaming player Tanner “TiGG” Spanu so far, multiple sources told Upcomer Nov. 9.

If both players are signed, this would potentially remove James “hazed” Cobb from the active roster, multiple sources told Upcomer. One source indicated that it is unlikely TSM would be willing to remove either Yassine “Subroza” Taoufik or Matthew “WARDELL” Yu from the roster.

These trials could change since both players would require buyouts from their respective organizations. Corey, in particular, has been on the radar of TSM for a short while, with the organization displaying interest in the player since his time on FaZe Clan.

TiGG is sought after in the market because of his impressive performances on Luminosity during the latter half of the North American VALORANT Championship Tour. Luminosity, however, bowed out of the VCT Last Chance Qualifier in joint-last place.

The move would leave Luminosity looking for three players, with Diondre “YaBoiDre” Bond exploring opportunities as a free agent, as first reported by Upcomer on Oct. 29.

TSM is set to compete in the upcoming VALORANT Championship Tour 2022, which is rumored to begin around February next year. The North American organization failed to qualify for Champions through the regular season and did not qualify for the Last Chance Qualifier, which saw Cloud9 Blue claim the last slot as a representative for the region.

Also, the organization removed its head coach Chet Singh from the roster last month and was later transferred to rival team Envy, the organization announced on Oct. 13.
