London Royal Ravens take down Boston Breach in Major II qualifiers
The London Royal Ravens and the Boston Breach faced off on Day 3, Week 3 of the Major II qualifiers. The first map was CDL Hardpoint on Gavutu. Boston couldn’t quite keep up with the Ravens, and they lost the map 250-203. Next was CDL SND on Bocage. Once again, the Ravens managed to outpace the Breach, taking this match 6-3, thanks in large part to excellent plays from the likes of Trei “Zer0” Morris.

During the third match, CDL Control on Tuscan, the tide shifted in favor of Boston. They managed to take this one 3-1, breathing a bit of life into their run. This was short lived, however. London bounced back and won a tight game of CDL Hardpoint on Berlin 250-225.

After the game, Boston Breach’s Dylan “Nero” Koch said that he hadn’t been feeling his best going into the series. “Ggs London lost 1-3, threw up all morning and after maps sucks,” he tweeted. “But no excuses will be back and better for the major.”
Veteran Thomas “TJHaly” Haly also expressed that the Boston Breach’s performance today wasn’t indicative of what they’re capable of. “Ggs London we lost 1-3,” he tweeted. “Just not good cod from us today. Finished the stage 4-1 heading into the major.”
Meanwhile, the London Royal Ravens also seem aware of what they need to work on going into Major II. After the game London’s Marcus “Afro” Reid tweeted about their performance during CDL Control on Tuscan.

The Call of Duty League 2022 Major II begins March 31 in Minnesota. All 12 CDL teams will compete in a double elimination bracket to see who walks away the Major II Champions.
