The Lunar New Year is nearly upon us and League of Legends is celebrating the Year of the Tiger with tons of new content. The LoL Lunar Revel 2022 event is now live in-game and brings with it a whole list of new missions and unlockable rewards. The event also introduces the all-new Porcelain skin line (embedded below) as well as the long-awaited return of the limited-time ARURF game mode.

The Lunar Revel event begins Jan. 26 at 4:00 p.m. ET and runs through March 1, 2:59 a.m. ET.

LoL Lunar Revel 2022 free-to-play missions and rewards list
Upon logging into the League of Legends client, players will find a new Lunar Revel 2022 mission list. This set of missions is completely free and comes with a ton of free tokens to unlock.

Completing all 10 free missions will reward players with a total of 200 event tokens.
Lunar Revel Loot Orb mission
As is tradition with events in League of Legends, players will also find a new Lunar Revel 2022 orb mission. Like the “Option 2” column in the above mission list, this mission uses the new objective points system implemented by Riot Games in the Debonair 2021 event.
Players will earn 6 points per minute of gameplay in any PvP Summoner’s Rift, ARAM or ARURF game. Any game that ends in a loss will reward 4 points per minute. Teamfight Tactics modes also reward points, albeit at a lower rate of 4 points per minute in a win and 2 points per minute in a loss.
Co-op vs. AI games carry the worst rate of points per minute, at just 2 points in wins and 1 point in losses.

Like the milestone missions and weekly win missions available in the LoL Lunar Revel 2022 event pass, the free loot orb mission has been made easier by Riot games. Instead of the 4,500 points required in the Debonair event, the new mission only requires 3,800 points.
Lunar Revel Wardrobe mission
A bonus special mission will give players the opportunity to unlock an extra batch of tokens as well as a Lunar Revel 2022 icon.

Players who complete all of the free content listed above will, in total, receive 300 event tokens, an event icon and a Firecracker loot orb.
The loot orb contains a random skin shard, with a small chance at a gemstone, mythic skin or a Firecracker Grab Bag.
The Firecracker Grab Bag is a bonus loot pack with a 3.5% chance of dropping. It contains at least three skin shards, with a 20% chance of containing four.
