The easiest to spot, not the easiest to get
Out of all the region chests on Neomuna, this one is both the easiest to find but also one of the trickiest to get to. There are multiple chests in the Zephyr Concourse, but this one, in particular, is a tough one. Here is the area on the map where this region chest is found, right in front of the green marker.
If you have yet to open it, you’ll have a marker on it in the same spot.
From your perspective, you should see the chest through an unbreakable see-through wall. At first, it doesn’t seem like there are any ways to get in, but the key is the vent opening from the inside.
To get in, move back from the wall, jump down over the railing and look at other see-through rooms below. One of them, full of training weights, has a cracked glass wall, allowing you to slip through. The vent there is the key, just jump into it and follow the path to get to the region chest.
