The Cronen Squall is one of the stronger rifles in Call of Duty: Warzone, featuring top-tier damage, decent mobility, and a high fire rate. It arrived in the Season 3 update of Warzone and since then, has slowly crept up the pick rate charts thanks to some weapon balancing updates. Of course, players also realized just how strong the Cronen Squall can be with the right loadout in Warzone.

In its base form, the Cronen Squall has quite a bit of recoil, so you will want to mitigate that when they are crafting its loadout. Luckily, its damage is high and you won’t have to worry about getting shots off too slow, as its fire rate is tremendous. Still, to make the Cronen Squall great in Warzone, you need to ensure you raise its accuracy to compete with other long range rifles.

This is made extremely simple by using the Cronen Squall’s strongest set of attachments for Warzone.

Best Cronen Squall loadout in Warzone

  • Muzzle: Sakin-Tread 40
  • Barrel: HR6.8″ Barrel
  • Optic: Aim OP-V4
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Magazine: 50 Round Drum

This is the recommended loadout for the Cronen Squall that all of the major streamers use. It’s fairly basic, but that’s only because it gets the job done in all facets of Warzone.

The loadout boosts recoil control by using the Sakin-Tread 40 muzzle, FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel, and the HR6.8″ Barrel. As you can see, there is quite an emphasis placed on controlling the Cronen Squall’s jumpy recoil, and these attachments take care of that very well.

Rounding out the attachment list is the Aim OP-V4, which is the go-to long range scope, and the 50 Round Drum to ensure you don’t run out of bullets too quickly when in a gunfight. The Cronen Squall remains a top weapon in Warzone, and this loadout is a major reason why.
