Season 3 of COD Mobile switched up the weapon meta yet again and currently, submachine guns are top of the pile. While assault rifles are still in use, the COD Mobile developer has made strides to buff the SMGs. This means that top guns in the class, like the QQ9, have jumped to the top of the meta. As a result, COD Mobile players who were previously using rifles are wondering what the best loadout is for various SMGs, mainly the QQ9.

The QQ9 is essentially the MP5 from Modern Warfare II and 2019, acting like it in every way. It has a fast fire rate, low recoil and strong damage range to make for arguably the best SMG in COD Mobile. As one would expect, a gun of this caliber has a dominant loadout to accompany it. That loadout is showcased below.

Best QQ9 loadout in COD Mobile

Like any other SMG, the QQ9 excels in close-range gunfights. However, thanks to its range and accuracy, the QQ9 can also sustain itself at long range and even compete with some rifles, provided players hit their shots. Although, the recommended loadout for the QQ9 in COD Mobile also helps with bolstering its effectiveness at medium and long ranges.

  • Muzzle: OWC Light Compensator
  • Barrel: RTC Recon Tac Long
  • Ammunition: 10mm 30 rounds
  • Laser: OWC Laser – Tactical
  • Underbarrel: Ranger Foregrip

The OWC Light Compensator and Ranger Foregrip are the two attachments that offer some additional recoil stability for the QQ9. This helps it stay accurate at longer ranges while not suppressing any other stat too much.

For the expected close range engagements, the OWC Laser – Tactical is in use to offset the negative ADS speed of the RTC Recon Tac Long Barrel. That attachment boosts damage and ADS bullet spread accuracy, though, so the stats are offset. Finally, the 10mm 30 round ammunition offers extra damage for the QQ9.

Season 2 of COD Mobile features a variety of guns in the meta, but this QQ9 loadout is easily one of the best that players can use. Barring an unforeseen nerfs, the QQ9 should stay strong in Season 3 and beyond.
