League of Legends Patch 11.11 features a lot of champion and item changes. Riot Games is still focused on balancing the jungle role and increasing the champion pool possibilities, especially in professional play. Aside from this, several items were also nerfed, while some received buffs too.

Champions buffed in League of Legends Patch 11.11

Patch 11.11 provided buffs for certain champions that had become overlooked because of Riot’s previous nerfs. These champions include:

Graves

Graves’ base Attack Damage growth is now increased from three to four. This means the champion will have more physical damage in dealing basic attacks. Also, to enable Graves to keep up with other fast farming junglers, patch 11.11 strengthens his holster.

Hecarim

Ever since the nerfs for Hecarim, the once-favored jungle pick has fallen slightly out of favor, especially in pro play. This patch increases his Q (Rampage) Damage ratio from 70 to 75% bonus attack damage. Aside from this, his E (Devastating Charge) also has a minimum and maximum damage ratio increase.

Nautilus

This champion’s E (Riptide) now deals 150% increased damage against monsters. Patch 11.11 hopes to bring the return of Nautilus to the jungle, with an increase in his Area of Effect (AoE) camp clear. Currently, Nautilus functions as a support champion in the meta, as he absorbs a lot of damage for the team with a tank items build. These changes may just see an increase in Nautilus jungle picks for pro play.

Ryze

Since losing the Seraph’s Embrace and Rod of Ages, coupled with nerfs done in the previous patch, Ryze has lost some health and movement speed. League of Legends patch 11.11 buffs Ryze’s base health growth from 98 to 110 to counteract those prior changes.

Seraphine

Seraphine’s buff is to enable a more powerful mid-lane champion. Her W (Surround Sound) base self and ally shields are now increased, depending on the level of the champion in-game.

Singed

After the buff Singed received in patch 11.10, he still remains out of favor with most players. With this latest buff, his E (Fling) cooldown now scales. It will no longer remain at 10 seconds throughout, but will decrease as the game progresses to allow the champion more options in fights late-game. So, E cooldown is now 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds and the game goes on.

Additionally, Azir’s mana cost is now reduced to 55, and Ezreal’s base health regeneration growth and armor have also been increased. These changes are to enable more of these champion picks in pro play.

Champions nerfed in League of Legends Patch 11.11

Elise

The nerfs to Elise in this patch will take her back to her early game jungler role, thereby reducing her late-game effect. Her Spider form on hit damage ratio now sits at 20 AP.

Leona

Leona’s W (Eclipse) damage is now decreased. This champion’s new base damage is 45/80/115/150/185. This change will reduce Leona’s overall damage, therefore giving her enemies an equal fighting chance.

Qiyana

Patch 11.11 reduced Qiyana’s W (Terrashape) bonus movement speed to 3/5/7/9/11%. This is to reduce her strong early game roams, which makes her a difficult champion to play against in the first 15 minutes of a game.

Shaco

Moreover, Shaco received a lot of nerfs in the new patch. His W (Jack in the Box) damage ratio reduces to 9% AP (18% AP against single targets). While his E (Two Shiv Poison) damage ratio is now 50%. Riot stated that these changes were to reduce his powers in the jungle and support builds.

Urgot

Patch 11.11 alters Urgot’s W (Purge) for a decreased damage effect. This change targets the champion’s sustained damage after the laning phase, making him less effective at purging his foes.

Additionally, champions like Morgana, Rumble, Teeemo, Senna, Lee Sin and Master Yi have all received minor changes.

Item changes in League of Legends Patch 11.11

Riot has made a lot of changes to top lane tank items here, to give them clearly defined roles in the power they offer to top lane tanks. The Bramble Vest armor has been decreased to 30. The Vest’s reflected damage will no longer scale with the bonus armor.

Furthermore, Warmog’s Armor now has 1100 bonus health, while the Moonstone Renewer’s healing and shielding power will be increased for all enchanters. Also, the Black Cleaver item, which has long fallen out of favor with players, will be given an increase in carve armor reduction per stack.

So, carve armor reduction per stack is now 5%, up to 30% at 6 stacks. The Divine Surrender also receives healing and damage increases in the hope that more players pick the mythic item, instead of Trinity Force. Another item that has also been buffed is the Staff of Flowing Water. This patch increases the shared AP buff of the item to a 25 to 45 AP, for four seconds. Other changes include an increased cooldown on the Hall of Blades rune and a discount on selling back the Biscuit Delivery, to five gold.

Riot Games has also shared additional information on all the changes to champions and items in League of Legends patch 11.11.
