Smash Summit 9’s final vote-ins: Pricent and bobby big ballz

Pricent is one of only two European players competing at Smash Summit 9, with Leffen being the other. Currently, Pricent is ranked No. 1 in Norway and No. 10 in Europe. He finished as No. 89 in the world on the 2019 MPGR.

Last year, Pricent earned wins against Adam “Setchi” Farmer, Derek “Aura” Olson, Theodore “Bladewise” Seybold, and Dominik “Nicki” Kunze. Pricent has not yet attended any notable tournaments this year. As a result, Smash Summit 9 will likely be his first major tournament of 2020.

Joining Pricent as a last-day Smash Summit 9 vote-in is bobby big ballz. Previously, bobby big ballz campaigned for, but was unable to get into, Smash Summit 7. Now, he will get his chance to compete against many of the best Melee players in the world.

In 2019, bobby big ballz was ranked No. 80 in the world. He had wins over Charlie “AbsentPage” McKinley, Albert Luu, Magi, Drew “Drephen” Scoles, and Jefferey “billybopeep” Palmer. This year, bobby big ballz got a decent start at Genesis 7, where he placed 49th.

Pricent, bobby big ballz, and more will compete at Smash Summit 9 in Los Angeles, California from Feb. 13 – 16.
