The North American VALORANT Champions Tour continues April 29 with Challengers Finals.
Teams qualified through the previous Challenger events of Stage 2 will face off in a double-elimination bracket for two spots at Masters 2 in Iceland. The Challengers Finals teams will also compete for circuit points towards Champions, the final major event of the year. Each team in attendance receives, at minimum, 20 points.

Challengers Finals teams
The field at Challengers Finals consists of the top four teams from the past two Challengers tournaments. The squads are organized by placement at those events, so 100 Thieves and Sentinels are the No. 1 seeds. The winners of Challengers 1 and 2 will face off against the fourth place team from the other tournament. 100 Theives will take on Andbox first and Sentinels will battle Verstion1. The rest of the double-elimination bracket is made up of second and third seeds. XSET, the runner up at Challengers 1 will take on NRG as Cloud9 Blue face Team Envy.
The bracket stands in sharp contrast to the Masters 1 field from early March. Only four teams from Masters 1 have made Challengers Finals, as new teams and revamped rosters improved their game. Take Cloud9 Blue as an example: the team failed to make any of the Stage 1 events but are now at the Masters 2 qualifier. Alternatively there’s Version1, a team that was announced during Stage 1 and overcame their qualifying bracket demon FaZe Clan to showcase their entrance into VALORANT in Stage 2 Challengers 1.
Challengers Finals Schedule
The tournament begins April 29 at 3 p.m. ET, with the first round of matches and lower bracket bouts after. The event continues with matches on April 30 and May 1, and the best-of-five grand final starts May 2. The broadcast starts at 3 p.m. each day with multiple matches streaming simultaneously on the first days of competition on the official VALORANT channel or NerdStreet Gamers.
The two finalists will punch their tickets to Iceland and compete later in the month on May 24 in the international LAN tournament.
