The former girlfriend of Sentinels VALORANT player Jay “Sinatraa” Won has filed a police report detailing the sexual and emotional abuse she allegedly suffered by Won, she said in a new statement.
The statement, published earlier today by Cleo Hernandez, detailed further instances of alleged emotional abuse by the former Overwatch star.

Hernandez said she has filed a police report against Won, but the investigation has not concluded at the time of publication.
“I did file a report,” she said. “I do have a case. It’s open and ongoing. That’s all I’ll say on that.”
The separate investigation, conducted by VALORANT developer Riot Games, remains ongoing. Hernandez said she has no update on the Riot situation or the timeline for it.
Hernandez detailed one instance in which Won made her allegedly “feel guilty for expressing that I don’t want to have sex,” after he supposedly called himself “ugly” and questioned why she didn’t want to have sex with him.
“I’m made to feel guilty for expressing that I don’t want to have sex,” she said. “I reassured him because I didn’t want him to get mad at me, but most times in these situations if it was in person I would have just surrendered.”
Hernandez said Won’s current girlfriend, Emma “Emmyuh,” was allegedly “telling people I’m crazy” on social media.
“Her sharing stuff like this on her platform scared me into silence because I didn’t want to have to defend myself against not only Jay and his fans but her and her fans as well,” she said.
Emmyuh responded to Hernandez shortly after her statement was released on social media. She said Hernandez “made tiktoks about me as well. She actually started that trend.”

Won himself is set to release a second public statement, according to Emmyuh.
“I hope that you guys will hear him out when he addresses it all publicly,” Emmyuh said.

Emmyuh denied any form of abuse by Won in their relationship, claiming she has never felt unsafe throughout her relationship with him. Won also denied the allegations made against him by Hernandez in March. He said in a statement, “I never assaulted her in any way.”
While Won is under investigation by his organization, Sentinels, and Riot Games, he remains suspended from competition. Sentinels signed Cloud9 player Tyson “TenZ” Ngo on an extended loan deal on April 12, to temporarily replace Won.
