North American organization Noble have part ways with their VALORANT roster, which is currently fielding offers from other teams, the players announced today.
The side recently lost Aleko “Leviathan” Gabuniya to TSM, who is expected to join the organization in time for VALORANT Championship Tour Stage 3 Challengers 2 Open Qualifier later this month. This move leaves the roster with four players, but they are actively seeking a final addition.
The organization also lost 16-year old VALORANT player Zachary “zekken” Patrone to XSET on June 26 following a string of successful individual performances at the tier two level.
But the new roster, whose formulation comes after a few weeks of practice together, recently defeated some of the best teams in VALORANT. During the VALORANT Champions Tour North America Stage 3 Challengers 1 Open Qualifier, which concluded on July 4, Noble took down tournament favorites TSM in the round of 32 to eliminate them from the competition. However, 100 Thieves later defeated Noble, meaning the team just missed out on qualification for Challengers 1. The back and forth match concluded with 100T defeating Noble 13-8 on the third and final map.
Noble recently finished second in the Nerd Street Gamers: Summer Championship Monthly in June, as well. The team took down Insight in the semifinals before losing to EZ5 in the grand final. While the team has yet to reach the highest level of professional VALORANT, they have taken significant steps forward, even after following the loss of two of their star players.
The team is set to compete in the VCT Stage 3 Challengers 2 Open Qualifier, which begins later this month. Since the players are looking to sign for a new organization, teams can reach out to coach Austin “Apex” Copeland for inquiries.
