Activision finally revealed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II at Summer Games Fest on Wednesday alongside the various content creators who were invited to LA to playtest the game. There’s already a lot for players to get excited about, from Warzone 2 to Combat Pacing and the Gunsmith, but the fun starts even earlier thanks to the usual pre-order bonuses that come with the new title.
Here’s a look at every pre-order bonus available across all MW2 editions.
Modern Warfare II pre-order bonuses
As of right now, there are only two purchasable editions of Modern Warfare II: the Cross-Gen Bundle, which costs $70, and the Vault Edition, which costs $99. That means there will be no $60 version of a mainstream Call of Duty title for the first time since that became the standard price point for new AAA games. Even players on PC or those who buy a physical copy will pay at least $70 as the gaming market continues to shift.

The major boons of the Vault Edition are the extra packs along with the free Battle Pass, tier skips and double XP. Whether or not that’s worth $30 extra is up to the player. There could also be more expensive editions of Modern Warfare II with additional bonuses announced later down the line.
