The Type 11 is one of the best guns to come out of Call of Duty: Vanguard in Warzone Pacific. The light machine gun has been dominating opponents so far in Season 1 at practically any range. While it stats have something to do with it, most of this dominance stems from the Type 11’s top loadout in Warzone Pacific.

Currently, the Type 11 has virtually no recoil when using this specific loadout. It also features a broken attachment that makes any light machine gun a powerhouse of a weapon. Players can use this slow-moving LMG at any range and succeed on Caldera. However, they need to be using the recommended loadout for the Type 11 in Season 1.

The specific attachment that makes the Type 11 so strong is a barrel. Not only does this barrel increase damage range, but it gives the Type 11 unlimited damage range. This appears to be a bug in Warzone Pacific but, for now, the Type 11 doesn’t have a damage range dropoff when using this barrel. Paired with the rest of the top loadout, the Type 11 is a laser beam that can kill in a few shots at any range.

  • Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
  • Barrel: Sakura 487mm Shrouded
  • Optic: Type 97 5x Telescopic
  • Stock: Warubachi Type 33
  • Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled
  • Magazine: 6.5mm Sakura 90 Round
  • Ammunition: Hollow Point
  • Rear Grip: Hatched Grip
  • Perk: Brace
  • Perk 2: Fully Loaded

The barrel that gives the Type 11 unlimited damage range is the Sakura 487mm Shrouded. As long as players use this barrel, they’ll see no damage range dropoff. This barrel is paired with the Hollow PointAmmo Type, which adds more limb damage. While the attachment usually cuts down on damage range, that doesn’t matter much with the Shrouded barrel in place.

The rest of the loadout is focused on reducing recoil, so the Type 11 can shoot as straight as an arrow. The 6.5m Sakura 90 Round mags also give players a huge storage of bullets but reduces movement speed. With this Type 11 loadout, though, players will want to keep their distance and pick off enemies one by one.
