In the first week of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 1, a secondary weapon from Vanguard has emerged as the top option, Top Break. The gun has a unique loadout in Vanguard. However, the Top Break’s loadout in Warzone Pacific is even deadlier and it’s causing players everywhere to equip it on their classes.

The Top Break is a magnum-style pistol that can deal a massive amount of damage if players are accurate enough. The main drawback to using a magnum is that it can be fairly unreliable, especially at longer ranges. What players found, though, is that if two of the pistols are in use at the same time, the problems with the Top Break begin to diminish.

Best Akimbo Top Break loadout in Warzone Pacific

Using two of the same weapon at the same time is known as Akimbo. This is the name of the attachment that players need to equip in Warzone Pacific in order to yield the best results with the Top Break. To make matters better, Akimbo is one of the first perks players can unlock with the weapon.

  • Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
  • Barrel: Wilkie W-4 Stub
  • Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
  • Trigger Action: Hair Trigger
  • Magazine: .30 Russian Short
  • Ammo: M15 Shot Shell
  • Rear Grip: Pine Tar Grip
  • Perk: Akimbo
  • Perk 2: Quick

While Akimbo does provide additional firepower, it does remove the ability to aim down sights. This isn’t such a huge issue, though, as players can equip attachments like the M1929 Silencer and Pine Tar Grip to reduce the pistol’s recoil when firing from the hip.

The rest of the loadout focuses on damage and fire rate. The Wilkie W-4 Stub and M15 Shot Shell increase damage range and bullet velocity while the .30 Russian Short mags do the same but add some bullet penetration as well. Finally, the Hair Trigger provides increased hip-fire accuracy and fire rate, which is important when using a magnum pistol.

This Top Break loadout is strong enough to use with an assault rifle and not need the Overkill perk in Warzone Pacific.
