What is Fortnite Winter Royale?

Fortnite Winter Royale was an online esports tournament held back in 2018. With a $1 million prize pool, solo players across North America and Europe were able to qualify for the tournament finale which was held on November 30 and December 1, 2018.

In the end, Nolan came out as the victor in the North American tournament, while Skite was the European winner.

The tournament was incredibly popular with fans and players alike, allowing everyone the chance to compete for one last massive prize pool before the year came to a close. It’s no surprise then that players are constantly asking Epic to bring it back, but five years on, there’s still no sign of it making a return.
