Today marks 10 days until the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign is released for those who have digitally pre-ordered the game.
While the full game won’t launch until eight days later, at least fans will have MW2 in their hands in some capacity. This early access will also give fans a chance to play the campaign in its entirety, as most players solely focus on multiplayer. With this new spotlight on the MW2 campaign, more and more players will be introduced to the mode’s characters for the first time. There are voice actors for every character in Modern Warfare 2, and some fans might be curious as to what real-life actor voices them in-game.
The MW2 campaign will return many fan-favorite characters that were rebooted in Modern Warfare 2019. From Captain Price to Ghost, any previous player of a Modern Warfare game will instantly recognize a majority of the characters in MW2. Every voice actor in Modern Warfare 2
As of right now, we have a solid idea of who the main characters will be in the MW2 Campaign. We’ve learned this from press releases, campaign trailers, and intel drops that Infinity Ward has showcased. Of course, there are still characters that we haven’t seen yet, so we don’t know who will voice them. For now, we have a list of 10 voice actors confirmed to be a part of MW2.

- Simon “Ghost” Riley – Samuel Roukin
- John “Soap” MacTavish – Neil Ellice
- Farah Ahmed Karim – Claudia Doumit
- Colonel Alejandro Vargas – Alain Mesa
- Kyle “Gaz” Garrick – Elliot Knight
- General Shepherd – Glenn Morshower
- Kate Laswell – Rya Kihlstedt
- Phillip Graves – Warren Kole
- Major Hassan Zyani – Ibrahim Renno
A majority of these characters have appeared in either Modern Warfare 2019 or a previous Modern Warfare title. Characters like General Shepherd will be making their long-awaited return while Farah is one of the characters coming back from MW2019.
