Earlier this week, the developers of Call of Duty Mobile revealed the theme for the upcoming Season 7. The next COD Mobile season is titled “New Vision City” and features a collaboration with the hit Netflix show “Ghost In The Shell: SAC_2045.”

In addition to skins and other cosmetics themed around the futuristic show, fans can also unlock a plethora of new content. This includes the Switchblade X9 submachine gun, the Claw Operator skill and brand-new Cyberware abilities, among other things.

The developers said the Season 7 update will arrive next week, but players still working through the Season 6 Battle Pass need to know how much longer they have to unlock all of its content. Of course, other players are simply eager for a new season of COD Mobile to begin.

For all of the COD Mobile Season 7 launch information, keep reading below.

COD Mobile Season 7 start time

The official announcement from COD Mobile states that Season 7 will begin on Aug. 3. However, players who live in different time zones might be confused as to exactly when the update will arrive. According to Activision, the Season 7 update will begin downloading at 8 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT. Players in different time zones can see the time conversions below.

  • 1 a.m. BST
  • 2 a.m. CET
  • 4 a.m. AST
  • 5:30 a.m. IST
  • 8 a.m. BJT
  • 9 a.m. JST

With the time differences, this means the Season 7 update actually arrives on Aug. 4 for some players. Regardless, players have until around one day before the Season 7 updates to finish up any Season 6 content. The Battle Pass rewards won’t return in future seasons, with the exception of weapons, so players should complete the pass while they still have time.

As with any update, the Season 7 download will feature at least a few gigabytes of data, so players with slower internet speeds should prepare accordingly.
