Earlier this week, a new playlist update arrived in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 Reloaded. This update introduced a new game mode into Warzone, named “Totally Normal BR.” For any veterans of the battle royale, this mode will be familiar to you. However, newer players have likely never heard of this mode before.

Totally Normal BR is a throwback to earlier this year when Raven Software introduced this mode as an April Fools joke. Essentially, the mode is a spoof on battle royale, featuring nonsensical gameplay and mechanics, among other things. When players log into Warzone and look at the available playlists, they’ll see Totally Normal BR in its own box with the caption: “DON’T PRESS THIS BUTTON.” Of course, that only entices players more to see what the mode is.

When players first drop into the map, which is just Caldera, they won’t have a parachute and simply fall right to the ground. There’s no fall damage, though, so land wherever you want. Players will also have the Specialist Bonus already activated. This gives players every single Perk in the game all at the same time.

There’s also a Panzerfaust rocket launcher that’s available to players as soon as the match starts up. However, the rocket launcher doesn’t kill an enemy if players land a hit. Instead, the enemy will be shot back into the air, forcing players to eliminate them with another method.

The last major change in the mode is that players have unlimited Gulag tokens. Although, this is only the case if players continue to win their Gulags over and over. There’s no word on how long Totally Normal BR will be a playlist in Warzone Season 5, so hop in and play it while you have the chance.
