It seems like Season 4 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone was just released, but it’s already been a few weeks. While players have been enjoying the new content that arrived with Season 4, namely the Vondel map, there is always more content to look forward to. The next round of content will come with Season 4 Reloaded, which has yet to be fully announced in MW2 and Warzone.

Nevertheless, fans are still intrigued as to when the update will be arriving and what will be included with it. At the time of writing, Season 4 is set to be an extremely short season, with Season 5 coming in August. As such, this means that Season 4 Reloaded should be right around the corner.

MW2 Season 4 Reloaded release date

The most likely release date for Season 4 Reloaded is July 19. The other possible date is July 12, but with that being just under a week away, we presumably would have heard something from Activision by now if it was coming on that date. So, we pivot to Wednesday, July 19 as the probable arrival for Season 4 Reloaded.

The update should be released at 1 pm ET on that Wednesday and a blog post detailing the content included in the update would be posted in the days prior. Things could still change, though, so don’t plan your schedule too strictly around this timeline.

MW2 Season 4 Reloaded content

At this time, the only bits of content we know are coming in Season 4 Reloaded are the following:

  • Vondel Waterfront 6v6 map in MW2 multiplayer
  • A new shotgun (currently Redacted)
  • The final Raid Episode in MW2 Spec Ops
  • Battle Royale modes in Warzone Vondel

You can expect some other content to also arrive with Season 4 Reloaded, but anything else has yet to be revealed. We will continue to update this article as official details get released.
