One of the more surprising elements about Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 is seeing just how many weapons boast a high kill/death ratio and win rate. According to WZRanked, several weapons that are barely used in Season 5 feature a high success rate among the players that actually use the guns.
A weapon that players might not think would be included on this list is the Volk, which currently boasts a 4% win rate in Warzone. This is mainly thanks to the best loadout for the Volk, which can shred through an enemy team in Warzone.
Best Volk loadout in Warzone
The Volk is best-served as a mid-range assault rifle that can also punish enemies who try and push you up close. It has a fantastic fire rate and damage range, both of which are boosted with the AR’s best loadout. Recoil control also sees a significant bump.

The main goal for this Volk loadout is to increase fire rate, damage range, and recoil control. Before those stats come into play, though, mobility is slightly boosted by the Reisdorf 22V Adjustable stock and the M1930 Strife Angled underbarrel. By improving mobility, the Volk can further compete with submachine guns at close range.
However, since the loadout uses the G16 2.5x optic, players shouldn’t rely on close-range encounters all of the time. That scope is meant to pick off enemies at medium range, but it certainly won’t hinder players at close range.
The rest of the attachments on the loadout are mainly in use to boost recoil control, with the Krausnick 428mm 05V improving damage range as well. The Recoil Booster is in place to improve fire rate, which gives the Volk a better time-to-kill if players can hit their shots. This Volk loadout certainly backs up its win rate in Warzone.
