The TAQ-V has been on a rocky rollercoaster over the course of Call of Duty: Warzone’s life cycle. After starting out the game as a strong long range contender in the meta, it was nerfed and not really heard from again for multiple seasons. However, in Season 6, the TAQ-V is back in Warzone, and you might want to refamiliarize yourself with its best overall loadout.

After the buffs in Season 6, the TAQ-V is capable of being an extremely strong weapon in Warzone. My loadout for the TAQ-V uses a mixture of attachments to maximize its strengths and minimize its weaknesses.

To see the full loadout for the TAQ-V in Warzone, keep reading below.

Best TAQ-V Loadout in Warzone

  • Barrel: 18″ Precision-6 Barrel
  • Muzzle: Kastovia DX90
  • Optic: Aim OP-V4
  • Underbarrel: Lockgrip Precision-40
  • Magazine: 50 Round Drum

This loadout is all about increasing damage range and recoil control. The first two attachments in the Kastovia DX90 and the 18″ Precision-6 Barrel accomplish those goals nicely.

The Lockgrip-Precision 40 underbarrel also adds some recoil stability. The 50 Round Drum is a vital attachment that gives you all the bullets you need in a gunfight while the Aim OP-V4 Optic is a great long range sight.

Best TAQ-V Class Setup

Finally, I have the best overall class setup for the TAQ-V, which includes its perks, equipment, and Field Upgrade.

Perk Package

  • Double Time
  • Fast Hands
  • Ghost
  • Overkill

Equipment

  • Lethal: Semtex Grenade
  • Tactical: Stim

Field Upgrade

  • Dead Silence

This is the basic class set up for most long range weapons in Warzone, so you should already know all of the items are. Of course, if you like to play a specific way, then you can change up certain parts of the class as you see fit.

This TAQ-V loadout is as strong as any other long range gun in Warzone, and it should be a viable option in Season 6 of Warzone.
