There are plenty of solid options for players to pick from when it comes to the submachine category of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. The Season 1 integration introduced Vanguard’s entire weapon fleet, and the SMGs are one of the highlights. Players have flocked to the PPSh-41 and Type 100 early on, both of which are terrific SMGs to use. However, the Sten hasn’t received the same popularity, even though it has a dominant loadout in Warzone Pacific.

The Sten is considered an average SMG in Vanguard multiplayer. It has moderate damage and accuracy, and none of its stats stand out from the rest of the SMGs. That hasn’t necessarily changed in Warzone Pacific but players can rock a different loadout, and get some shocking results, while using the Sten. Below, players can see the loadout they should use in Season 1.

Best Sten loadout in Warzone Pacific

There are certain stats that players want to increase when putting together their Sten loadout. The No. 1 stat is recoil control because the Sten can be a bit shaky when firing beyond close-range. The other stats are damage range and fire rate; both needed in order for the Sten to compete with other SMGs in Warzone Pacific.

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Hockenson 174mm B11S
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: SA 41S Wire
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Magazine: 9mm 50 Round Drums
  • Ammunition: Hollow Point
  • Rear Grip: Pine Tar Grip
  • Perk: Momentum
  • Perk 2: Quick

The Sten’s recoil control is increased by the Carver Foregrip, Pine Tar Grip and Hockenson 174mm B11S. For a boost to fire rate, players need to use the Recoil Booster, which adds two points to the stat. This pairs nicely with Hollow Point, which increases limb damage.

The rest of the loadout focuses on mobility. The SA 41S Wire boosts sprint-to-fire speed, with the two perks of Momentum and Quick increasing overall speed. This Sten loadout can easily compete with any other SMG players use in Warzone Pacific.
