The Modern Warfare weapons are still popular in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5. However, one loadout that has been receiving more and more attention in Warzone over the past few weeks is the RAM-7.

The RAM-7 was a post-launch weapon in Modern Warfare and Warzone. It’s unclear if the gun will be in MW2 at launch, but players have been picking the AR much more lately in Warzone. It makes sense, as the RAM-7 is a solid assault rifle with terrific stats. However, players will still need to use the gun’s best set of attachments if they want it to be viable in Season 5.

Modern Warfare guns are on the rise in Warzone. Perhaps it’s because of the recent nerfs the weapons received, or it could be due to the fact that Modern Warfare 2 is coming out shortly and players want to ensure they get familiar with those types of guns again. Either way, there’s a wide selection of Modern Warfare weapons to use, all of which are viable in the meta.

Best RAM-7 loadout in Warzone

The main objective of the RAM-7’s loadout is to increase its damage range and recoil control. While players might be tempted to add some mobility attachments, the RAM-7 already features fantastic mobility for an assault rifle. With this in mind, players can focus on other stats to make the RAM-7 a true all-around weapon.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: FSS Ranger
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 50 Round Mags

The FSS Ranger is the most important attachment on this loadout. The barrel gives the RAM-7 extra range and accuracy for any medium to long-range gunfights. The Commando Foregrip and Monolithic Suppressor also provide recoil control, with the latter also improving damage range and bullet velocity. Finally, the 50 Round Mags allow players to empty a clip into multiple enemies without having to reload.
