The RA 225 has entered the fray in Call of Duty: Warzone through the Season 5 update. A submachine gun by class, the RA 225 can be unlocked via the Season 5 Battle Pass or by purchasing a store bundle.

Once players have the RA 225 unlocked, they can begin leveling it up along with unlocking and exploring all of the other content Season 5 has to offer. From numerous Operators to the map changes on Caldera, there’s no shortage of content to go through. For fans that want to focus on the RA 225 in Warzone, there’s already a top loadout designed specifically for the SMG.

Unfortunately for the RA 225, its place in the meta is not set in stone. There are a plethora of other submachine guns currently making up the meta. From the Armaguerra 43 to the H4 Blixen, the RA 225 will need to be decked out in its best attachments to even have a chance at competing with those weapons.

Best RA 225 loadout in Warzone

As players will immediately notice the RA 225 has a considerable amount of recoil control in its base form. The gun’s damage is also lacking compared to other top SMGs in Warzone. There are ways to boost these stats, but Warzone players will still want to keep gunfights at close range to maximize their success with this RA 225 loadout.

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Urban THM 12.5”
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: Urban Tac
  • Underbarrel: Mark VI Skeletal
  • Magazine: 9mm 48 Round Drums
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
  • Proficiency: Tight Grip
  • Kit: Quick

This loadout mainly tries to improve the RA 225’s recoil control. There are several attachments that help to do that, including the Urban THM 12.5″ barrel, Stippled Grip, and Tight Grip. The other stat that is improved with this loadout is mobility. The Urban Tac stock and Mark VI Skeletal increase the RA 225’s ADS speed, making it easier to lock onto targets in close range.
