Most of the weapon classes in Call of Duty: Warzone have gotten some use in the early going of Season 1. From the assault rifles and submachine guns dominating the meta to the snipers and light machine guns seeing some solid use, the meta is not made up of just one or two classes. However, the battle rifles have been one of the few classes to be left in the dust. Players seemingly haven’t seen the point in using a hybrid AR/sniper weapon when they can use something like the TAQ-56 or MCPR 330. However, if players did want to venture out into the great unknown and equip a battle rifle, they should start with the Lachmann 762, which has a decent loadout in Warzone.

The Lachmann 762 has received some bad publicity from the community, stemming way back to the Modern Warfare 2 beta. The battle rifle was notoriously difficult to use and players were forced to level it up in order to gain access to the other Lachmann weapons. While the 762 is still difficult to use, there is a certain set of attachments that makes the gun much more viable in Warzone.

To see the full loadout for the Lachmann 762 in Warzone, keep reading below.

Best Lachmann 762 loadout in Warzone

In order for players to succeed with a battle rifle like the Lachmann 762, they need to keep their gunfights at a distance. We’ve included attachments on the gun’s loadout to help with recoil control so players can be more accurate at these longer ranges.

  • Muzzle: Polarfire-S
  • Barrel: Romeo FT16″ Barrel
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Laser: FSS OLE-V Laser
  • Optic: Cronen Mini Pro/ Slimline Pro/ SZ Mini

The loadout begins with two attachments, the Polarfire-S and Romeo FT16″ Barrel; both increase damage range, recoil control, and bullet velocity. That’s followed up with the FTAC Ripper 56 to improve stability. All of that comes at the cost of mobility, though; to combat that, we’ve equipped the FSS OLE-V Laser to improve aim-down-sights and sprint-to-fire times. Any red dot sight is a great choice here as well.
