The KV Broadside started out its life in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as a game-wrecking shotgun that was considered immediately overpowered by the fan base. After a reign of terror, the Broadside was eventually nerfed, bringing it more in line with other shotguns in the game. Despite the nerf, though, the KV Broadside still has a terrific loadout of attachments in MW2.

A semi-automatic shotgun, the Broadside can truly wreak havoc in multiplayer. It has a tremendous damage output and can shoot as fast as players can press the trigger button. Of course, you want to take full advantage of the KV Broadside. you can equip its best set of attachments.

To see the full loadout for the KV Broadside in MW2, keep reading below.

Best KV Broadside Loadout in MW2

  • Muzzle: SA MX-50
  • Bolt: Dashbolt 60
  • Rear Grip: True-TAC Grip
  • Stock: VLK Stockless
  • Magazine: 12 Shell Mag

The first two attachments on this loadout are the most important, as the Dashbolt 60 and Bryson Improved Choke increase range, tighten the shotgun’s pellet spread, and boost fire rate. Paired with the True-TAC Grip, which improves mobility, and the 12 Shell Mag, you will be firing non-stop and killing enemies all over the map.

You still want to ensure you are keeping gunfights close, however, as that’s where the Broadside shines brightest.

Best KV Broadside Class Setup fo

Finally, I have the best overall class setup for the KV Broadside, which includes its perks, equipment, and Field Upgrade.

Perks

  • Base Perk 1: Bomb Squad
  • Base Perk 2: Double Time
  • Bonus Perk: Fast Hands
  • Ultimate Perk: Quick Fix

Equipment

  • Lethal: Drill Charge
  • Tactical: Stun Grenade

Field Upgrade

  • Battle Rage

The KV Broadside is arguably the best shotgun in MW2 multiplayer even after its nerfs, and you can see that for yourself after equipping its complete loadout.

As a final note, you can use the KV Broadside in the new Modern Warfare 3 and use this same loadout to great effect. However, you will need to change most of the rest of the class, as the perks have been entirely changed in the new multiplayer title. You can still use the same lethal or tactical as well as a similar secondary weapon. Of course, I suggest using some of the new content first so you can experience some of the fresh items in MW3.
