While the Season 5 Reloaded meta in Call of Duty: Warzone has been dominated by the top Vanguard and Modern Warfare rifles, there are still some underrated options that players should take a look at. One of these options is the AS44, which features an extremely fast-killing loadout in Warzone. However, due to its high recoil, the AS44 has been overlooked. The recommended loadout for the AS44 helps reduce this recoil while keeping its high damage range and fire rate intact.

To see the full loadout for the AS44 in Warzone Season 5, keep reading below.

Best AS44 loadout in Warzone

  • Muzzle: MX Silencer
  • Barrel: Kovalevskaya 615mm
  • Optic: G16 2.5x
  • Stock: Kovalevskaya Custom
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Hatched Grip
  • Perk: Disable
  • Perk2: Fully Loaded

The main goal of this loadout is to control the AS44’s recoil, which can be quite high at times. This high recoil comes from the fact that the AS44 has such a high fire rate. The AR’s accuracy can be sporadic during sustained fire, so this loadout aims to minimize those accuracy issues. Attachments like the Carver Foregrip, MX Silencer, Hatched Grip, and Kovalevskaya Custom stock all help the AS44 reduce its overall recoil. Also, damage range is given a solid boost thanks to the MX Silencer and Kovalevskaya 615mm barrel. The MX Silencer, as well as Lengthened, improves bullet velocity for the AS44. The Disable perk helps players ensure that enemies don’t scamper away from a gunfight.

While not the strongest AR in Season 5, the AS44 is an underrated option that’s usable on Caldera or the two Resurgence maps. Thanks to the AS44’s high fire rate and damage, players might even be able to get away with using Ghost over Overkill in their second perk slot, as the AS44 can act as an SMG at close range.
