Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) teams’ away decals are making their entrance into Rocket League on Jan. 26 with an update to the esports shop, Psyonix announced on Monday. The kits can be previewed on the official blog.
The esports shop was updated at the start of the 2021-2022 RLCS season with a more streamlined way for organizations to create their own decals. This allowed for more teams to enter the shop more quickly and for the shop to be updated more regularly. Away decals were also promised, and are now entering the shop to complement the already-available RLCS home kits.

Rocket League Esports Shop update brings away and new RLCS team decals
Entirely new team decals for Complexity and Misfits Gaming come alongside the new away decals for other teams. Complexity had already been in the Rocket League scene with a decal before, but left the scene for two years. This season, they signed the North American team True Neutral, who had moved over from South America. The squad immediately impressed by attending the Fall Major in Stockholm, Sweden in December. They will now also be featured in the esport shop with an all-new decal with home and away colors.
While Complexity and Misfits now have decals, Sandrock Gaming are still notably absent from the shop. The Middle Eastern team reached top eight at the Fall Split Major and are one of the most requested team decals by members of the Rocket League community.
How to buy esports decals
Buying esports decals is straightforward. Go to the item shop tab in the main menu and then select ‘esports’ at the top. Here players can select the region of the team they are looking for, sorted alphabetically.
Esports decals are 300 esports tokens each, which amounts to about $3. Psyonix did not mention the price for the away RLCS decals, but it stands to reason they will go for the same amount. The decals are available for the Octane, Dominus and Fennec battle-cars.
