Similar to other esports organizations that have academy or junior teams, Natus Vincere (Na’Vi) is following suit with a CS:GO academy team. The Ukraine-based organization announced they will be holding a Na’Vi Esports Camp from May 6 to May 16. During the camp, the coaches will recruit players for Natus Vincere’s new academy team. It will be named Na’Vi Junior.

Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy, Natus Vincere’s new esports director, and Amiran “aMi” Rehviashvili, the future coach of the Na’Vi Junior roster, will select 10 players. These 10 players will go through a summer boot camp from June to August 20. Afterward, five players from the boot camp who perform the best will sign contracts with the organization.

Na’Vi Junior academy application

The organization asks that all applications come from players that are between the ages of 16 and 19 years old. They also should be at FACEIT Rank 10, which is the highest rank on the platform. Players are further required to be fluent with the Russian language to communicate with peers. The people trying out must be able to move temporarily to Kiev, as well.

Na’Vi has asked applicants to provide information about their medical history, to see what may hinder their future playing. Also, those that apply are requested to provide information about their gaming history and contact information for feedback.

Last, interested players should record a video from 30 to 60 seconds long that answers this question: “Why exactly should you get into the Na’Vi Junior roster?”
