There is a handful of unique items in Diablo 4 that can be used by any character. Naturally, these pieces of gear will be a high priority for players, as they offer some of the best stats of any item in the game. If you’re looking for an item to truly buff your resource generation and healing received, then you will want to go after the Melted Heart of Selig in Diablo 4.

The Melted Heart of Selig is a unique Amulet and it has an item power of 820. It’s considered one of the rarest Amulets in Diablo 4, and for good reason. The Amulet offers resistance to elements, stat increases across the board and added core skill damage, damage while healthy, and resource generation.

In addition to those affixes, the Legendary Aspect on the Amulet has the following effect: “Gain 30 percent Maximum Resource. Also, when you take damage, drain [3-6] Resource for every one percent of Life you would have lost instead.” It’s an incredibly useful Amulet in Diablo 4, and I will explain exactly how to acquire it in the guide below.

First and foremost, you will need to be playing on World Tier 4 and be at least level 82 in Diablo 4. The Melted Heart of Selig only drops from enemies that are level 85 and above, so those requirements are necessary for you to have any chance of looting the Amulet. You can attempt to play with friends of a higher level if you haven’t met that requirement, but the enemies will be incredibly difficult to beat.

As you might have expected, there is no concrete way to acquire the Melted Heart of Selig. It is a random loot drop in Diablo 4, meaning you have to rely on luck in order to equip it on your build. I suggest doing Helltide events and Nightmare Dungeons for the best chances of seeing the Amulet as a loot drop.

You can also complete regular dungeons, participate in World Events, and simply play Diablo 4 as normal to acquire the Melted Heart of Selig.
