There is a slew of new items available to players in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. From gameplay items to stat-changing items like Mints, players will have their work cut out for them if they want to collect them all. One of the more powerful holdable items that players will come across during their travels across Paldea is the Mirro Herb, which has a couple of use cases in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

The Mirro Herb is a holdable item that will disappear after one use. Its primary use in Scarlet and Violet is to copy an opponent’s stat changes in battle. Once an opponent boosts their own stats against a user’s Pokémon holding the Mirror Herb, that Pokémon will have the same stat boost. Then, the herb will disappear.

However, there’s also another use for the Mirror Herb. Pokémon with an empty move slot can learn an egg move from another Pokémon while they’re holding the Mirror Herb. Players simply need to go on a picnic for this to happen. As an example, this is how some Pokémon can learn Belly Drum.

If you want to take advantage of either one of these uses for the Mirror Herb, find out where to find it in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet below.

Given how powerful the Mirror Herb can be, players can expect to pay a hefty price for it. The main way to acquire a Mirror Herb is to buy it from a Delibird Presents store. The herb will cost players 30,000 Poké Dollars and it’s available from the very start of the game.

If players don’t want to spend that kind of cash, they can also randomly receive the Mirror Herb from completing Tera Raids. There’s no concrete way to get the herb from Tera Raids, so you’ll need to keep completing them until you get it.
