FromSoftware title Elden Ring will go down for maintenance on all platforms between Monday and Tuesday. With the spike of popularity for Elden Ring on PC and console, the FromSoftware team is taking some time to improve their multiplayer functions.
Servers for #ELDENRING will undergo maintenance in the next few days to help improve some multiplayer functions.
Times and maintenance length for each platform will be listed in the following thread.

The maintenance to improve Elden Ring’s multiplayer issues will occur at different times on Monday, depending on which platform a player is playing on.
PlayStation online servers will go down from 9-10 p.m. EST on Feb. 28. For Xbox players, the online functions will be unavailable from 10-11 p.m. EST later that day. Last but not least will be maintenance for the PC servers. On Steam, from 11 p.m. EST to 12 a.m. EST, the servers will be down for the multiplayer fixes and other general fixes.
On launch, Elden Ring quickly became one of the most streamed games on Twitch, and it still holds more than 400,000 viewers days after its release. Even with that release, small issues, such as invisible enemies and framerate issues, still linger in the game from time to time. However, players are enjoying the single-player of Elden Ring a lot, from gameplay to the environment and its design. Even after setting Elden Ring up as best as you can on PC, these multiplayer fixes are arriving just in time, only three days after launch.
In response to the maintenance announcement, fans are asking for an easy mode for the game. The game’s design, which is similar to the developer’s older games, is meant to be very challenging. The early positive reviews of Elden Ring have held firm.
This upcoming maintenance should only take about an hour for each region. After this maintenance goes through, fans can continue to roam the lands of Elden Ring and interact with others online with more stability.
