Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 4 made some great strides in the cosmetics department. Not only are there extremely well-designed Marvel skins on the Battle Pass, but those skins have extra styles. Every page on the pass has a skin that’s available to unlock, which is fantastic for the consumers. However, some of those cosmetics need to be unlocked further instead of simply reaching a specific tier. This is done through Awakening Challenges, which, when completed, earn an additional style for every skin on the Fortnite Season 4 Battle Pass. Here’s how you can complete these challenges.

The Fortnite Season 4 Awakening Challenges

Once you unlock a Marvel skin on the Battle Pass, the next page of the pass will feature an Awakening Challenge for that specific character. The official description for these specific tiers reads as follows:

Reach Level (insert tier number) and complete (insert character name) Awakening Challenges to unlock.

Completing the Awakening Challenges for each character will grant you something special for the skin. For Groot, you’ll unlock the Rocket back bling, which can be seen above. For Doctor Doom, you’ll unlock a throne that he can sit in whenever you win a Fortnite match while using the skin.

Each Fortnite Marvel skin has a special unlock that comes with completing the Awakening Challenges. So how can you complete these tasks? Whenever you reach the specific tier for each character, you’ll receive access to their Awakening Challenge list. Simply complete all three of the tasks and you’ll be rewarded with the new cosmetic item.

Some of the Awakening Challenges are easy and some are difficult. However, most can be done in a single match and shouldn’t take you too much time to complete. You can unlock a new cosmetic for all seven of the Battle Pass skins, so get to grinding!
