After you get the call from Songbird, your journey in the Phantom Liberty expansion of Cyberpunk 2077 will officially begin. Songbird will task you with finding a way to get into Dogtown so you can track down her plane with the president of the NUSA on it. However, getting to Dogtown is no easy feat in Cyberpunk 2077, and one of your first tasks in reaching the region is to enter the garage in the Dog Eat Dog quest.

Dog Eat Dog is the first quest you can complete in Phantom Liberty, and you need to enter the garage outside of Dogtown after reaching the region’s gates. While this might seem like a simple task, I struggled with it for a few minutes, so I figured I would save you the trouble of fumbling your way around the garage and tell you exactly how to get inside.

How to go to the garage in Cyberpunk 2077

The garage is located at the other end of a yard right underneath the neon orange “parking” sign missing some letters. The garage itself has some yellow lights on the top of it, as you can see in the screenshot below. There are also guards to the left and right of the garage that you can’t alert, otherwise, a massive firefight will start between you and the Dogtown guards. The guard on the right is more hidden than the one on the left, so make sure you watch out for them.

The easiest way I found to go to the garage is to use a quickhack on the guards. Any quickhack you have that will either distract or kill the guards silently will work best. I used Memory Wipe to make the guard on the right not notice me as I slipped past them. Then, with that guard distracted, I knocked out the guard on the left by sneaking up behind them.

Once I knocked out the guard, I was able to interact with the garage and slip inside before the guards were alerted to my presence. I’m sure there are several other ways you can go about getting inside the garage, but that one worked best for me in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty.

After you’re inside the garage, you will receive a new objective from Songbird and the Dog Eat Dog quest will continue on.
