Sivir has arrived in Teamfight Tactics set 6.5. In TFT: Neon Nights, Sivir is a four-cost Hextech Striker and her On the Hunt makes her one of the premier mix damage champions in the entire game. Through a mix of analysis by Upcomer’s TFT expert and data from API sites like Metatft.com, Upcomer has brought players a Sivir TFT guide that goes over what the best Sivir items, comps and positioning looks like.

Item Build

Sivir is one of those champions that has a de facto best in slot build that players shouldn’t deviate from. Thanks to her Hextech trait and her on-hit magic damage, Statikk Shiv is Sivir’s best item as it does bonus damage but also shreds magic resist in the process allowing her to do even more damage. The other two items essentially speed up the attack speed she needs to pop off in fights. Guinsoo’s Rageblade is the perfect complement to her ability which increases her attack speed for a duration. Rageblade essentially keeps that attack speed for the whole fight. Finally, there is Quicksilver Sash. This item not only makes Sivir immune to crowd control at the beginning of the fight, and it also gives her even more attack speed. In a pinch, items like Giant Slayer, Runaan’s Hurricane, and Last Whisper can be good third items.

Positioning

Sivir thrives in the backline. With her four-hex range, Sivir can sit pretty on the last row and be able to shred enemy teams. With Quicksilver, Sivir can actually sit in one of the two corners which keeps her out of range of most other CC and lets her eat a Blitzcrank hook to not get pulled into the action.

Best Comps

Since Sivir thrives with attack speed, players will want to find the right balance of Striker and Hextech champions to support her. This comp goes deep into the Hextech trait to support the magic damage aspect of her mix damage kit. This is especially good because Sivir’s best item is Statikk Shiv, which shreds magic resist. If players want extra attack damage they can simply replace two Hextech champions with two more Strikers.
